It would be more appropriate to use “I believe…” to express something that you feel strongly about.
⭕️️ I believe this project will bring our company a huge profit in 6 months.
It seems to me that…
May I possibly suggest that…
⭕️️ It seems to me that this project is worth trying.
Instead of saying “I don't agree / I disagree”, you can say “I beg to differ.” You may also say “I understand what you are saying; however,…” Using the conjunction “however” is a friendly way to word your suggestions. Try not to use “but” because it might give off a more negative connotation.
I don't agree / I disagree ” ,
你可以說 “ I beg to differ ”,表示你不苟同他人的想法與意見;
或者你也可以說, “ I understand what you are saying ; however,…
⭕️ I understand what you are saying; however, the plant will grow better if you pour less water.
You may use “I don't think…” when you disagree with others' opinions. If you have evidence or proof to support your ideas, you can also say “I don't believe…”
⭕️ I don't believe this is a good idea. According to the last annual fiscal report, we can't continue using the same strategy this year.
These scenarios are quite common in our daily lives. We should learn to apply these phrases to avoid awkward or embarrassing moments.
